Elle doit avoir acc\u00e8s aux pi\u00e8ces communes et pouvoir partager des moments conviviaux avec l\u2019accueillant et sa famille.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Le conseil D\u00e9partemental peut toutefois, au cas par cas, accorder un agr\u00e9ment alors que la pi\u00e8ce ou le logement mis \u00e0 disposition n\u2019est pas situ\u00e9 sous le toit de l\u2019accueillant familial mais dans l\u2019enclos de son habitation,<\/strong>&nbsp;s\u2019il estime que le caract\u00e8re familial de l\u2019accueil est pr\u00e9serv\u00e9, notamment par une organisation facilitant l\u2019acc\u00e8s libre de la personne accueillie aux pi\u00e8ces communes et&nbsp;<strong>la mise en place d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de communication adapt\u00e9<\/strong>. Dans ce cas, l\u2019installation sanitaire doit \u00eatre int\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la pi\u00e8ce mise \u00e0 disposition ou situ\u00e9e dans le m\u00eame b\u00e2timent et facilement
